I have been taking photos of gourmet style food from
Lebanese kitchen, Mexican foods,
Japanese Sushi restaurants, Italian pasta restaurants, Greek cuisines, authentic Turkish foods.

Make an appointment 24 hours in advance.
• All the materials must be ready for photo shoot.
• Cut vegetables and fruits in geometric shapes, it looks better on the photograph.
• Touch of a lemon slice, garnish of red turnip will add perfect color contrast to the dish.
• Chef must prepare the meal upon request of owner of the restaurant.
• Menu items should be fresh and chosen for colorful designs.
• Napkins and table cloths must be clean and ironed, white table cloth preferred.
• For example, rice on a plain white plate, it will be lost in picture, so add some parsley flakes, lime slice on the plate.
• For food photography all the dishes (porcelain plates) must be spotless and scratch free.
• Best lighting for food photography is natural. Sunshine is the best. Set a table outside if possible.
• Special dishes of the restaurant should be photograph.
• Photographing a complete menu selection will take full day of work.
• In addition to food include your unique drink, it can photograph next to preferred meal.
Such as unique Italian wine with sea food or Turkish coffee with baklava. |
