Client responsibilities for Jewelry photography:
• Make an appointment 24 hours in advance.
• All the materials must be ready for photo shoot.
• For jewelry photography all the items earrings, rings, necklaces, etc. (include jewelry stands) must be spotless and scratch free.
• Be sure to clean your jewelry first.
• Be sure to clean all your display items, such as necklace pad with easel, earring stand, ring finger display. Especially velveteen boxes must be so clean, do not forget close up photo shows every dust in the item.
• Spend some time on the composition if you prefer group of items photograph. Such as a person can be model for fixing the item or your catalog, flyer, business card underneath of your models can be shown.
• Best lighting for jewelry photography is well lit environment. I need a space for creating well lit work space for best results.
• Special products should be photograph. If you are well know by special type of rings, make sure prepare for photograph.
• In addition to jewelry I suggest take photo of your store. It is always good to show your actual shop to visitors on the web, gives good credibility.
