Q. What are the print sizes?

Q. What kind of photographic paper is used?
A. Matte Photo Paper. This is a good quality photographic paper with fine grain and rich color, and the highest archival longevity of any photographic paper available today.
Q. Does the image fill the paper, or will there be borders?
A. It fills the paper. An image's aspect ration (the ratio of width to height) does not always match that of the photographic paper. In those cases, the image will be enlarged until it fills the long dimension of the paper.
Q. When will I get my print?
A. Once payment is received, normal turn-around time is 5-8 working days (2-3 to print, then 3-5 to deliver).
Q. What are the shipping and handling charges?
A. Shipping and handling within the US is included in the print price. Shipping rates to other countries vary by country, and I can provide you with pricing upon request.
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A. No Sales Tax will be charged.
Q. What shipper do you use?
A. U.S. Postal Service.
Q. Can I buy more than one item?
A. Yes you may!
When you order :
1. Please specify total number of photos, and (optional matting). You may choose white or black mat.
2. Do not forget to write delivery address and full name if you choose different shipping address.
3. Contact by phone or e-mail or snail mail if you have any questions or special requests.
